Kayla leads TripAdvisor’s global employee giving and volunteer program, TripGives, and supports TripAdvisor’s broader social impact efforts across the company. Kayla also works on TripAdvisor’s philanthropic commitment to the global refugee crisis. Prior to TripAdvisor, Kayla worked at Cause Consulting supporting a variety of Fortune 500 companies and nonprofits including Aramark, BrightView, New Balance and UAspire on their corporate social responsibility strategy and communications, with a focus on employee engagement.
Janelle and her team consult companies on effective strategies for growing their CSR programs and driving employee engagement. The Benevity Goodness Platform helps brands bring their social mission to life with technology to build a positive workplace culture, amplify the impact of corporate giving, and power pro-social brand engagement. Prior to Benevity, Janelle directed community engagement programs for a large non-profit and financial institution. Janelle resides in Toronto and is known for her candor, vivaciousness, and enthusiasm. She volunteers with Junior Achievement and cares about women's issues, education, and children's health.

Robbie Lock is executive director at 3BL Media, the world’s leading communications partner for purpose-driven organizations. Robbie’s sustainability career began on rooftops installing solar energy systems. He’s served as a consultant to and in-house manager for companies including FedEx, HP Inc., Starbucks and VF Corporation. In NYC, Robbie scaled a zero-waste program across the city’s 1,700 public schools. Robbie holds a BA in Philosophy from Wheaton College (MA) and a MSc in Sustainability Management from Columbia University. A New Englander, Robbie enjoys hiking and strong coffee.
Alisha leads a team charged with securing annual support from corporations and spearheading community engagement efforts. Under her leadership, the Greater Boston Food Bank engages 25,000 volunteers a year.  In her previous role at Reebok International, Alisha was responsible for linking corporate social responsibility and community investments to the business strategy of the company, highlighting Reebok’s commitment to empowering individuals through fitness. She graduated from Stonehill College, where she was a women's basketball scholarship athlete.Â
Farron Levy is CEO of True Impact, a web-based impact measurement and reporting platform for the charitable sector. Donors and nonprofits use True Impact to measure the social impact of their grants, volunteerism, and other philanthropic investments, to demonstrate success and identify opportunities for improvement. True Impact has helped hundreds of corporations, foundations, and nonprofits – including AT&T, Deloitte, PepsiCo, Wells Fargo, and UPS among others – use metrics to prove and improve the value of their community investments.
Michelle DiSabato is a Philanthropic Impact subject matter expert with more than 20 years of experience developing, designing and implementing multi-million dollar philanthropic initiatives and programmatic social impact analyses.  Formerly a corporate program manager, Michelle transitioned into a strategic results consultant working with a wide range of clients in industries ranging from healthcare and finance to consumer products and entertainment providers, helping them align their giving strategies to meet their business and social responsibility goals.
Mark Giordono is an idealist and believes a "public sector heart" and "private sector head" can lead to positive outcomes for us all. As VP of Development at FIRST, Mark oversees all sponsorship, individual fundraising and Alumni activity for the global youth in STEM not-for-profits. Prior to joining FIRST, Mark worked for technology start-ups in Vermont and New Jersey, at Hewlett-Packard, served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Mali, and did economic development via technology commercialization at MIT.Â

Elsa Gomes-Bondlow is a motivated, donor-centric, creative fundraising manager with 20 years of experience in applying development knowledge to increase organizational profitability through advancement opportunities. Interested in issues of diversity and inclusion, she strives to use her knowledge and experience in this area to further social justice and bring more balance to social inequality. As Chief Development Officer at the International Institute of New England, she leads a team of development professionals to leverage public interest in the mission to increase support for serving immigrants and refugees in the US from individuals, foundations, corporations and community groups.
Andrea Spake is a first generation American who was born and raised in Lakewood, Washington. During undergrad she had the opportunity to travel to Central America where she found her desire to work abroad and help underserved populations. After finishing her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Great Falls in Great Falls Montana, Andrea joined the US Peace Corps where she spent nearly 3 years living and working in rural Ethiopia teaching sustainable agricultural practices. She is now the Community Relations Manager for the International Institute of New England and recently finished her Master’s degree at Northeastern University.
Ahmad Ibrahim was born and raised in Sudan. He later journeyed to Lebanon before being resettled in the United States. He was resettled through the International Institute of New England in the Greater Boston Area. After arriving in the US Ahmad began taking English classes and eventually learned enough to take the Hospitality Training Program IINE also offers. He is dedicated to learning more English so he can attend a community college and study computer science.
